Meet Our Elders...

PAUL DALRYMPLE - Paul was born in Sterling, Colorado, in February 1940. He grew up in a Christian home from the time he was 6 or 7 years old. When Paul was 21, he realized that he had never really committed his life to Jesus Christ. He was consequently baptized on July 8, 1961. Paul entered Midwestern School of Evangelism in Ottumwa, Iowa, in the fall of 1961. There he met Cathy Brown and they were married in April 1962. Paul and Cathy had three children: Prescott, in January 1964; Jeffrey, in November 1965; and Nathan in July 1968. In March 1963 Paul began preaching in Etterville, Missouri. He left school in 1965 and moved to Etterville, where they stayed until 1967. They then moved to Ashland, Kansas, where Paul preached for the next 4 years. In 1971, Paul and his family moved to Tucson, Arizona, where they lived for 5 years before moving to their present location in Whetstone, Arizona. When son Jeffrey decided to attend Midwestern School of Evangelism, Paul told him that he would take correspondence courses and graduate with him. They both graduated from Midwestern School of Evangelism in 1988. On June 5, 1998, after 36 years of marriage, Cathy passed away from a brain tumor. In March 2000, Paul began corresponding with his present wife, Donna, whom he had met in Ottumwa while in school there. Donna had lost her husband in 1994 due to a heart attack. Paul and Donna were married on September 2, 2000.

MARK KIRKMAN - Mark was born in Albia, Iowa, on July 7, 1951. He moved to the Sierra Vista, Arizona, area with his family in 1959 and graduated from Tombstone High School in 1969. Mark attended the Midwestern School of Evangelism in Ottumwa, Iowa, for two years. He married Susie on June 5, 1976. Mark and Susie have two children: Brent Joseph, born August 1, 1981, and Allison Joy, born August 29, 1986. Mark works as a project manager for a contractor on Fort Huachuca.
